Geoff Fletcher

An NZIA national award-winning architect, Geoff Fletcher leads the Wellington-based practice GFA. Throughout his career, Geoff has focused on bridging the gap between highly innovative design and cost-effective execution. He is particularly renowned for his bespoke beach houses and his ability to unlock the potential of complex, steep hillside sites.

A forward-thinking practitioner, Geoff combines his mainstream architectural work with ongoing research into prefabrication and efficient building technologies, ensuring his projects consistently deliver time, cost, and energy-efficient results for his clients.




Allan Clayton

Since joining GFA in 2013, Allan has become integral to both the studio's architectural output and its internal operations. He works across the entire lifecycle of a project, from developing design and documentation through to the active, on-site management of the build.

Allan brings an exceptional design sensibility and a rigorous methodology to the practice. His interests are wide-ranging, from heritage architecture to AI and computational design.
